In the FCSA club magazine a while back, I don't remember the exact issue, there was a right up that the gas porting was really tricky on the larger semi auto's and was causing the delay in the newer models coming out. Working the porting on smaller rounds was more forgiving. I haven't got the money to play with the semi's in 50BMG to much right now, besides, the bolt guns are more accurate for a lot less money. The semi's do win on the cool factor though.

thanks guys for the input. i called serbu this morning and they told me they havent made any semi auto 50 cals yet for the public but they are planning to in a couple months after they are finished with their government contracts.
they have a non deposit waiting list for a semi auto 50 dtc the one pictured on their site. i put my name down. i didnt get into talks about the BB feature but i will call again next week to see what they have in mind to make it CA friendly.
i tried calling EDM again today but i guess noon cali time is took late, i will need to wake up earlier tomorrow to see if they will make the windrunner in 50dtc. i hope they willComment
