What differentiates these from any other uppers out there? From the specs they look pretty much the same as any number of manufacturers offer (aside for the gucci color schemes). Some of their offerings are cheap, but that's about it. A person would be better off spending the money on ammo or training.

Never heard of them before. That's not to say they are bad. The only upper in 300BLK I found on their site is on sale for $260 with no BCG or charging handle. If you're looking for a low cost solution I would go with the BCA. They have this one with a side charging upper and BCG for $170.

      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Im aware of Bca great prices. I have enough black rifles. I'm looking at always armed etc for its tungsten color. Already have extra bcgs etc I can use. Finding stripped lowers that are already tungsten is proving difficult.

Well if that's the case I recommend you get everything of color from the same source and put it all together yourself. I'm sure you've heard that Cerakote can and does come out different from shop to shop.

I've heard of B. King Firearms for a while. Never tried anything from them. They have their matching upper and lower on sale https://bkingsfirearms.com/shop/ar15...-set-tungsten/ Buy that and one of their handguards and you'd have a nice matching build.

          EDIT

I just saw that they have this in stock https://bkingsfirearms.com/shop/ar15...-set-tungsten/

Thanks for the link but I ended up going with a tungsten lower and a complete upper.

I'd like to have done a 14.5in pin and welded but oh well
