I have not, but they look very low-end to me and you really have no idea what you're getting. IMO if you have to pay $51 extra for a chrome-lined barrel that should tell you it's a place to be avoided. If you're on a budget you're better off buying a Stag upper from Bravo Company or evilblackrifleshop.com (a Calguns vendor). -
IIRC they resell J&T kits... they're shady as **** though

You're better off with a quality upper and putting together a lower yourself. Get on the email notification list for a Bravo Company (BCM) and also check with G&R Tactical for a BCM upper. That will set you back $480, plus $180 for a BCM bolt carrier group (BCG) and charging handle. Then pick the rails that you like for $100-300 depending on your taste. The bottom line is that you will have a combat worthy upper instead of something iffy. BCMs sell out fast so be ready when you get the email."Government is the great fiction, through which everybody endeavors to live at the expense of everybody else." --FREDERIC BASTIAT--

Thanks for the information.. I will look into BCM and those on this site. I have a LAR Grizzly lower and the internal parts, and I just want to assemble an A2 that is reliable. Having had HBAR Colt ARs in the past, I thought I knew what I was getting into. But now after seeing all the options / uppers / gas blocks and available I see that there is a whole science and hobby to this that really doesnt interest me. I just want a reliable AR.Comment
