What do you keep in your home defense AR mags?

It's dawned on me recently that I don't know much about home defense/self defense ammo for my ARs. I like Hornady Critical Duty or Defense and Federal HSTs in my pistols, but curious what you guys like for your long guns in 5.56/.223.

When there are 30 of them I worry less about bullet selection.

i usually keep 45 grn hollow points in my 556 and 110 grn in my 300 blk, also 350 grn in my 458.

Speer Gold Dot, 62 gr currently. I would worry about M855 and M193 since they seem likely to penetrate more, but I haven't seen much data.

The same for .308 and 30-30...etc.
