I've also tried nearly all - including the "first" Thordsen style the U15!

Thordsen is my favorite to use and IMO the most comfortable.

I put the Sparrow on the PCC build and really dig it. I've been running the SI mega fine for past couple yrs on the other rifles. I may swap them over real soon. Still have to run ambi safety with any cali grip, get something with adjustable positions on the ambi though.

              Vagparca $9 on fleabay.

No need to overthink it or overpay.

Good point. Us California pro-2A small business manufactures could never compete on price with government subsidized communist China manufacturing.

Exile Machine's Backfin is my favorite. Very sad they shut down, but I still see this on Amazon.

I just got a couple hammerhead grips n here for 15 each. I grind finger grooves in them to make more ergonomic.

That'll be great! A product that is injection molded would give me a little more piece of mind than seeing the 3D printed lines/layers.

Totally. Those nylon spring clips suck. Do not age well. You can use 3M Outdoor Tape, Epoxy or similar to make it one piece, but if you just injection mold the entire shape it'd be stronger. I did replace one of mine with a VISM and it is a nice option with a thumbrest. Not as good as the rest on the BACKFIN, but sturdier, dirt cheap. Yeah $10 total compared to $25+$25 and 3D printed material. These are next gen. Maybe Magpul will make one for about $30. I'd hit it.

I feel ya, but when you build a lot of ARs, $30-$40 each per grip starts to add up fast.

Standard A2 grips are so cheap and common, you'd think some American company would be able to produce one with an integrated fin and thumb shelf but I guess they'd rather let the Chicoms get the sales. So much for American ingenuity.

I kind of think its funny to buy a product made in a Communist country inorder to comply with assinine laws in a Socialist Authoritarian state like CA.

Im sure NewSCUM is thrilled that it only costs me $10 to comply with these stupid laws. Whats next, a ban on "assault" thumbs?

Quick question sir. Do you provide a complete featureless solution, or only the grip?

Sparrow with a slightly milled Luth AR stock. Comfy.

                                Best grip imo...SCR
