Call UPS. What you're seeing doesn't mean it's lost. Also keep in mind it may be delayed if it's being shipped by ground. They had some flooding issues that may affected their shipping times.

Exceptions happen all the time and 99% of the time, they resolve themselves. Your package will definitely be delayed, but it's not likely to be lost. UPS is constantly cracking down on lost packages to keep their insurance claims to a minimum, so it's pretty hard to lose a package outright, except if they leave it at your porch and someone steals it from there.

          UPS warning

About 10 years ago I worked for UPS for less then a year. You wouldn't believe the things that I saw and did to the packages. In my opinion I wouldn't ship anything you cant safely throw down a flight of stairs without getting insurance on it. One occasion a box full of footballs broke open and at break we played catch with them then threw them on top of all the boxes loaded in a tractor trailer. They teach "maximum density", so you build walls about 18-24 inches deep, loading the trailers for UPS ground shipment. You don't want your box to be the last one being wedged in to finish that wall.

            I called. its lost lol..

"Im sorry the shipment has not arrived at our center"

I called the guy who mailed it to me and he was told it was lost as well. He gave me my refund and he is filing an insurance claim. Im out some 15 dollars for shipping and insurance but thats life.

HOPEFULLY its just wedge somewhere on the UPS conveyor belts and will come loose and arrive.

its an excellent rail. I doubt it would be broken. Just lost.

LOL, they pay the loaders and unloaders less then $10 an hour, you get what you pay for. Actually I was one of the fastest guys in the HUB and worked on the heaviest belt. I quite because I hate unions, I don't want to wait in line for the guy ahead of me who is a lazy ***, to retire, die or quit.

Yeah, I hear you. Hey, no matter what people say about UPS they are 10X better than the US postal service!

I have had far far greater service with UPS than Fed Ex. I would never chose to use Fed Ex ever again. Also as far as how they handle your packages, the bottom line is the worker from any shipping company don't give a **** about your stuff. They want to do their job as quickly, easy, and efficiently as possible, by any means.

Personally when I do a job, whether it's for $1 or $1000 I do my best as a point of pride. Also, I have found that doing so can open up opportunities that I would never had known about otherwise.

Doesn't UPS automatically insure every parcel for $100.00?

That sucks. UPS has screwed me over before also. The damn employees stole the stuff out of my package.
