it's not rare for a LPK to have a part or 2 missing. dpms will send you the part for free just give them a call.

all lpks come with all the parts. they arent going to take the time to make a lpk just for CA by removing the mag release button.

like above have said, you dont use it here in CA unless you are building a featureless build, no pistol grip, no flash hider, no collapsible stock
