Now, if you meant, is it CA legal, then the answer would be "not as shown". But it should be able to be configured into a CA-legal configuration.

Interesting that CA is not on the "do not ship to" list.

It's hit or miss with these rifles, I wouldn't buy it. Just get a saiga or find a different AK-47.

henderson defense has their century "certified" rifles that they have gone through and checked to make sure that they are put together right, that's what i'd go for if i wasn't sure about the quality.

Trend, the WASRs are known to not be so nice. Either have one built or buy some other off list assembled one. I would never ever buy one and would therefore suggest that you live the same way as well.

Trend, It is a hit or miss on this rifle. If I may suggest, go for Lancaster Arms if you have the resource to buy it (I mean money). But this is the best that limited bucks can buy. Not legal as shown. Usually FFLs would remove the pistol grip and will mail it separately just like HDI. Magazine? forget it. you won't see the 30 rounders posted on that site. You would have to buy it yourself from another source or it would be extra from the same dealer if they have any 10/10 or 10/30 mags.

I had one from HDI and luckily, it is a hit. Goodluck if you can find another one without waiting for a decade. Thanks to Obama.
