Looks like a bit of junk on the barrel extension. Could be that some wedged in between the plastic and chamber and when it closed the plastic gave way and locked it in. No mechanical fault, most likely a clean chamber issue.www.ar15-kits.com

Take proper precaution!
First thing I'd do is take the firearm out to the desert to ensure you don't go shooting someone or something!
Second, remove the handguard to begin disassembly of your gas block, tube, and barrel!
To be extra safe, I'd go further to remove the pistol grip, safety selector, and trigger group to ensure you don't have a negligent discharge...remember treat every weapon as if it were loaded!
While doing all this, notify the DOJ in the event that you may need to destroy said firearm. Can never be too cautious.
Make sure you order pizza too, and drink a red bull! Don't want to be too tired or too hungry while fixing your AR.
Btw, when and where will you be doing all this so we can make it a calguns get-together! BYOB
You know what, it'll be a hassle going through everything I told you so better yet, I'll PM you my address and you can send it to me for proper disposal.
HA! Nice....Celebrate Schadenfreude!Comment
