I got these just in case because I read of a few issues with light strikes on the yellows. Fired a bunch of 223 Wolf gold, Norma Tact, Fiocchi, and reloads I made with CCI small rifle and CCI small pistol (9mm AR). Between three different BCGs I don't think a light strike will ever be an issue with these springs.

Any of the coated mil spec trigger (ACT, BCM PNT, PSA, Midway) with the JP springs seem pretty solid. I'm getting a crisp 4.5lb break on mine (except for the bad disconnector). That's about what I want for a plinker and hd toy.

I just polished my cmmg trigger an unbranded trigger & my buddies m&p trigger. The results were amazing. I installed the JP 3.5 springs in the cmmg, combined with the polish im extremely happy. 2 other friends want theirs done now. All three ordered the JP springs as soon as they felt mine. By far the best cheap option.

Cmmg has never done me wrong. One with factory springs and another gun with a wolff heavy hammer spring. Works great. Heavier that 3lbs but consistwolffIve wanted to grind and polish the contacts but never got around to it.

I have RRA and QMS triggers here. One is a stock AR trigger. That is a rare good one, super crisp break and no creep. It beats all my QMS triggers, those creep a mile.

I just use white diamond bar with my dremel, just be sure not to round out the edges. Keep them squared.

2 things you need to polish are circled in red
The part where you don't want to round out is on the trigger where it engages the sear

Be very careful polishing a mil-spec trigger/hammer. You can easily remove the fine layer of heat treatment and ruin the trigger group.
