I was under the assumption CA RAWs could be under the 30" OAL as long as they're over the 26 OAL (since that's an ATF SBR) and have a min 16" barrel.

CORRECT. if it is a RAW, otherwise 30". That's why my Hungarian AK stock is pinned and BBed at the moment.

No, man, that's an original Com-Block bakelite grip! LOL. In real life it is wonderfully mottled. It is the nicest ones I have ever had. When I was featureless, I hated to cover it with the kydex wrap!

IT is UNLESS it is a RAW, then OAL is minimum 26" This stock is pinned, as it won't be a RAW until 1-12017.
