    MPX or AR 9mm

I'm leaning to a 9mm dedicated AR lower. Any other opinions?

The parts for AR is just more abundant in my mind. However if you have direct experience with MPX please chime in.

MPX all the way. Multi-Cal various parts are interchangeable with an AR. Go MPX pistol though, not the carbine.

Ive got an MPX pistol. If you don't mind forking over the money, its way more fun to shoot than an ar in 9mm. Ive got a few AR pistols and I like them... but there's nothing quite like the MPX.

Once it's a rifle it can never be a pistol right?

Yup. That's why there is a significant price difference between the MPX carbines and the MPX Pistol.

If your inclined look into the MCX pistol. A rare item but the best of both worlds in my opinion.

Outside of the crazy prices for AR and MPX pistols, both of those options give one the opportunity to shoot in short barreled configuration without a stock or mount a 16" barrel and then a stock to have a carbine.

QC10 has a better dedicated lower for glock mags (small and large frame) that go in/out stock often, currently avail on backorder

Be warned - 9mm ARs/Sigs/etc are not cheap.
For example, 9mm AR bolts are ~$200+, sig mags are ~$50+ ...

Sp 89. Had one. No sbr so it wasnt fun to shoot. Barrel pinned too so you can't really make it into an hk94.

I've got an MPX pistol, a Glock mag AR in 9mm, a Glock mag AR in 40 S&W, and a Colt SMG clone.

All are a blast, and I can't decide which AR I like the best. The MPX is freaking awesome, just because it's different.

...now I want to go shoot them all side by side, since I only manage to take one or two out at a time...

That's a pistol. Apples to apples.

I have an MPX Carbine in-bound now. I'm not into two-handed pistols, so the MPX pistol was never a consideration.

If I want to play with modifications down the road, I like the look of this.
