Peter Skinner at Mount Pleasant Arms in San Jose. He is by appointment only and his hours are evenings and Saturday mornings. It works great for me but maybe not for everyone. Peter is very knowledgeable and the absolute answer to all the FUD. If its legal, he will tell you how to do it, and if its not, he will tell you why. Cheaper than most also.

Recommend Peter as well. I only go through him now after trying some other Bay Area spots. He's a really nice guy and it's great having a one on one appointment that isn't rushed or constantly being disrupted by other customers or employees. Limited hours but worth it.
