    Serious comment above^^^^^

    She can run this Rifle like a Pro......

    Notice:we ignore gun free zones.

    The Rifle is piston powered. It eats everything.

    She also has a Glock 19 I Transfered to her. She wants a carry permit but
    She's only 18.....

    Damn, I really like this setup and look! But, cutting the back stock off of the FRS has me concerned whether that makes it a pistol grip and not a stock any more... Its questionable...That can get you in trouble...

      Not sure where folks get the idea of needing the cheek riser with FRS-15. It it the same height as any other AR stock and will give you the same sight picture.

      Do you use a cheek riser on a standard A2 or mil-spec collapsible stock? No? Then you will not need one on the FRS-15.

        * Not AW.
        * No bullet button.
        * Ability to sell to someone else or transfer to your child (which, to me, is a huge plus).

        These, of course, all all subject to change in the current legislative session.

          I didn't say riser, I said cheek rest. More for looks than anything else.

            Well. again...the only cheek "rest" that I am aware of that works with the FRS-15 stock, is an actually riser:

            So I guess if you like your scope waaayyyy high, get the cheek "rest" so it looks kool?

              foam padding works too.

              I am not a lawyer, but...
              to all the people freaking out about OceanBob cutting off the stock and turning it into a grip...it is no different then a fin grip and MMG grip or Hammerhead grip. As long as the web of your hand, between the thumb and first finger, cannot grasp under the top of the trigger while shooting the rifle (remember...while shooting), its NOT a pistol grip. Also perverting that definition isnt justifiable in a court either...It has to be a normal grasp of the grip

              While there is room in the law to go after fin grips which still allow a pistol style grasp, the FRS-15 even with the stock cut off doesnt.

                  Would it still be considered featureless if one were to cut off the stock part of the Thordsen behind the grip and run a Magpul stock like a CTR pinned in a fixed position?

                  Anyone care to Photoshop this up?
