    BB Sticky

Is there anyway someone *cough*Gene*cough* could write up an informational sticky thread on the BB and why it's legal when configured properly. I understand there is a flow chart, and I understand that their is a 2A forum. Most people first getting into EBRs will click on the Riflemans forum before they go to the 2A forum. It may very well limit the amount of FUD that get's circulated on here? huh guys, huh???

The is no sticky because they are illegal. My brother's cousin's baby's daddy got busted in some Bay Area county for having one on his full auto, 10" rifle with a Beta C mag on it. I took all of my Bullet Buttons off because of it.
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

Yeah but my friends mothers ex (He is in mall security) told her to tell him that they are only illegal on black rifles and if you paint your rifle (has to be permanent) a different color other then black that you can use the bb but only with magazines with a capacity of under 7 but over 5.

I have painted all of my rifles a light blue so that they will comply with the law.

IIRC it depends on what the 58 DA's had for breakfast

If one were to look here, one would find this article on off list and this other article on non detachable magazines which would be pretty complete...

There is even an article on featureless builds.

Wait, you can have guns in California?

Seriously, there should be a sticky with it all explained in simple terms for the noobs, with the flow chart, all the pertinent PC listed, and maybe the Sac PD bulletin for good measure. This will keep the "is it legal to have an AR in California..." and "someone told me that if I drop the mag at the shooting range I'll go to jail..." posts to a minimum. Having all the documents pointing out the PC on "assault weapons" in one place so people can print it all out and make a "this is why this isn't an AW" pack would be convenient for the noobs.
