Impact guns caries a bunch of TitleII parts and NFA guns as well... are you sure you ordered the correct LPK? If you accidently put down an order for an M16 LPK they mgiht have taken issue with that (its not illegal, but some vendors won't do buisness with CA on NFA parts)

I had issues with impact, they would NOT ship a badger scope riser here for AR15's. They said it was illegal and I can trying to break the law. So I said ill take my money else were. I finally able to call them up and talk to them. Found out that whoever looked at my order thought I was ordering the Armalite lowers.
