Ya they are good to go, but I sugest just buying your stripped lower local and building your own. Buy a lower parts kit from them or a complete rifle kit.I was looking into the following completed lower by PSA. Does anyone have any experience with this model?

The reason being you will have to ship it to an FFL and pay all the transfer fees etc, you will end up paying way too much for it. -
I'm sure it's good, they seem to be taking advantage of the term "ca compliant" by charging more than necessary. They sell that same complete minus bullet button for $179 or even less at times.
I purchased this one a few months ago http://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-a...wer-black.html , does not say compliant but came with a bullet button installed for $149. If they wanted $219 for it I would have passed.
Looking again, it seems like their pricing has gone up across the board. Your best deal would probably be like mentioned above, buying a stripped lower and building yourself. Might even find a better priced stripped lower someplace other than PSA.Last edited by 02Caltaco; 01-17-2016, 8:42 AM.Comment

I just recently bought a complete PSA lower with Magpul SL furniture. It was $169 before shipping and ffl fees. I can definitely agree with just buying the stripped lower and building it. Here in Vegas I had to add on the $25 transfer fee plus they charge tax on the $169+$25 fee. So in total I Spent about $230.
For my next build I have found a lot of local shops have stripped lowers, like an Anderson for example, for $50+ tax.Comment

I went with an Anderson lower and psa parts kit and stock. Total spent about 170

So are we expecting to see price gouging on California residents with this pending AB 1663 hanging over our heads?Comment

You'll definitely see prices rise especially if its signed into law. If they make law abiding citizens criminals by out lawing bullet buttons then who knows. The supply will still be there on Internet sales since this is only a communist California law.Can DI AR's run dirty?
