Lightest dpms pattern 308 upper/lower set.

Looking to build a light semi 308 and was wondering what upper/lower set is the lightest. My dpms is a tank so I know there upper/lower are way too heavy and the bull barrel isnt helping.

Check out Salt works rifle company. They make a really nice set. Definitely lighter than the DPMS. Here's a thread with a bunch of info and build pics.

It may be cheaper to find a DPMS Lite Hunter barrel only, but here is a complete upper
