        It means take your adjustable micros and glue them in the fixed position.

            Well you need to explain what it is that you want better. Fixed micro irons on what? By fixed do you mean not folding, or non-adjustable?

                      Seems very clear to me the OP was simply asking if any company makes a set of non-adjustable, micro sights.

                        Im just lookin for some fixed iron sights, i though gun guys were smart, seems to me there are flip up irons or fixed iron (non flip up) dont really know whats so hard about that

                        But micro not full size

                            No, they don't get much smaller than that. You can't exactly change the height, and if they're made too flimsy they'd just get bent, plus you still need some mechanism to adjust them. Folding sights can definitely be made without the protective ears and such, but of course they're folded and out of the way 99% of the time.
