    Need advise on purchasing

    Hey all,

Not very savy on weapons but, know enough to get by; however, been wanting to get my very own M4. I already have an ACOG for it and would like to get a .22 upper also. Got any advise as to what is best out there in the market?

I know everyone has their own personal preferences and would like to read about each's own best and worst experiences.

Best is very subjective. Search this forum, ar15.com, m4carbine.net and Google in general for reviews of the various manufacturers.

Would this rifle reside in Guam or California?

Find yourself a simple DoubleStar lower for less than $150 if you still can. I helped my buddy build his and there was no problem whatsoever. The upper can be whatever you want.
Then another horse PONY came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other. To him was given a huge sword. My kinda guy.
