Hmmm, if you are willing to go to Oceanside or Vista you can try those 2. The one of College Blvd had quite a few bricks last time I was there. It's right off the 78. Also the one in Vista off the 78 on University Dr should have some. Though these 2 might be a bit far away.

If only I had the friggin money, can't afford to buy much more ammo til after the holidays. Gotta make sure the wife and son have a nice Christmas.... though the wife will likely sneak me a couple bricks

I have an idea, Google FRIGGIN WALMARTS and pick the one closest to you. If they don't have or sell any, then work your way out checking each one on the list.
Walmart gets ammo all the time so if they are out check back.

It's a bit of a drive from OC (depending on where you are especially), but when I lived down there, I'd hit the Duarte Wal Mart any time I was in the area. The manager sometimes uses ammo as a loss leader (at least he was last year before we moved north), so there are occasionally fantastic deals there.Comment
