What happened to Kaiser Defense?

Nothing, I talked to them yesterday. They are jumping through their A**'s trying to keep up with demand.

I just bought a Kaiser lower yesterday. Really good looking. I talked to the owner yesterday at So Cal gun and he was a real nice guy.

Nothing happened to them. J&J Armory sells them like hotcakes. Good quality for the buck.

That all good if you live near them ....But if you need them to ship a lower to your FFL THEY charge you a Transfer fee 75.00 plus shipping to your FFL who's going to charge you a Transfer fee also plus dros.....Ive never been Hit 2 times for a transfer...maybe its more common then I know

Where do you live? Bullseye has Kaiser lowers for $189.

hey i was at socal gun yesterday too but didnt buy anything...
instead i went to royal loan today and picked up the same kaiser defense lower for 159 (socal had it for 175, and 195 for the painted version). As soon as i bought it, they got a call and bumped up the price on the lowers to ~200!

on a side note, i compared the KD lower to a mega gator lower they had in stock and the quality on the kaiser defense lowers are awesome. i spent 5 minutes looking at them close in detail side by side and the machining is cleeaan. to think i was sketchy because i never heard of this brand until recently. dont underestimate KD's quality...

I am really impressed with them. I have them for $150. The price will probably go up after shipping day is over on Monday.

Were you there with a friend? There were a couple of guys looking at the KD demo AR, who I talked to for second while I was buying my lower. Seemed like nice guys. Maybe that was you? About 4pm?

I dont think that was us. I actually was there with a friend but around 2pm and it was packed like sardines in there! People buying up lowers like hot cakes.

Its funny how i thought to myself when i was there "i wonder if any of these guys are fellow calgunners" but after overhearing clueless questions being asked regarding what bullet buttons were and how those rifles were legally configured to be california compliant, i realized the chances any of them were from this forum was slim lol
