Wow, that is alot. I expected the SCAR Heavy (.308) to top $2000, but that's too much for a .223 rifle. I was going with the Bushmaster ACR anyway.

Base model Noveske's are around $2000 and some of them go up to $3400... $2700 is a boatload of cash, but all that needs to be added is a sight system, and maybe a light.

Consider this the "early adopter" price. Those that purchase the gun for $2700 are helping FN produce more that will be priced lower later.

The same thing happened with the FS2000 and PS90...
