I don't have a 30-30, but I use PPU in my Mosin Nagants. They make some of the best 7.62x54r on the market considering value to performance. Sure there is better stuff out there, but it's significantly more expensive.

PPU seems good to go. No problems in bulk xm193 5.56; in .308win, had maybe 2 FTEs out of 500ish rounds in a saiga 308. 7.62x54r match ammo is nice but only shot 40 rounds of it so far out of an M39. Price is right for what you get, IMHO.

Prvi is awesome stuff. They are the only reasonably priced ammo in town when it comes to new production ammo in milsurp calibers. Their brass is also great for reloading.
