*1.18.14 UPDATE...and NOW its good* Last part in...time to join the addiction!

    *UPDATE 1.2.14*
My wife, whom has allowed me to partake in this hobby of ours of precision shooting, tactical shooting and in essence "prepping," just had a herniated disk over new years

With that said, I had to sell the components for this build to help pay for whatever medical bills she is going to incur as a result of this. I already found a buyer (friend) who is going to buy the components from me. In fact, he is a friend whom I had known for over 10 years and also told me when I have the funds (1-2 years???), he would sell it back to me at whatever the component cost was plus the build fees that he would be paying for.
As much as it pains me, it would pain me more to have her live in pain.

    UPDATE ON POST #35!

    Last part just picked up!

Now I just need to send it off along with the other parts for building into my new 6.5 creedmoor.

    Defiance Deviant Short Action
    Bartlein 6.5mm 5R 1:8 twist Varmint - 24" or 26" barrel (not 100% sure yet)
    Badger Thruster Brake
    AICS 1.5 OD Green Stock
    Jewell Trigger
    Bushnell HDMR 3.5x21x50mm G2 reticle
    Nightforce High Rings

I helped him spec out and source all the parts.
He hasn't setup a build date yet.

Those actions are sweet! I finally got to play with one a few weeks back.

Looks like some great choices on the components list and I love my 26" Creedmoors

AICS chassis only accept AICS or AW mags.
The receiver should be cut for AW mags so there's no reason he can't run AW mags instead of AICS mags.

The receiver, Deviant Defiance is cut for A/W (according to the siteI purchased it from).

AW mags are cheaper than AICS mags.
