The big issue is the link, especially .357's. Top eject or Angle, no more OEM's exist and huge buck$ to fix the broken ones, if you can even find someone that does it any longer. And you are only back in the same boat after it is welded up and re-fit.
Second is the action. It is designed for rifle length cartridges. The 92 is far better for the shorty bullets. 94's in pistol rounds are clunky as hell.
I know quite a few out there love these guns. Standing by for my black eyes now....
