During the ban, these were being sold in CA. I still have mine and was able to buy the furniture from someone on this forum in case mine breaks.
Par1 was 7.62x39. The Par3 was chambered in 223. Pump action AK variant. I now live in NV and when I take it to the range I get funny looks and then offers. I won't sell it.

They were mostly popular in CT, MA, MD, NJ, and NY.

They were not popular in CA, because semi-auto "bullet button" magazine release set up and semi-auto featureless set up being more popular than that proprietary pump-action set up.

Yup, I remember seeing those, early 2000's.

Troy Industries had a pump action AR, not even sure if that’s in production still.
Always thought it was cool but I never dove into PAR since I loved my semi autos.

I have 2 PAR-1 just because I like novelty firearms. I'd really like an unmolested PAR-3 and both a pump action and a lever action AR-15.
