Henry Model X Scout Scope Rail?

Skinner sights makes a scope mount as well, but it also attaches to the receiver and necessitates Talley style rings. I dont know if this is forward enough for you. I think with the “Henry”/EGW rail and a “scout” mount it would be more forward, but cheek weld may be weird due to height

I have a Henry made scope mount for my Golden Boy to fit a Leupold 3x9 33mm Freedom scope. At first it zero'ed ok but the last couple times out at 100 yards I ran out of vertical adjustment.

It has rather cheap two piece scope mounts, I ordered the Aero Precision lightweight one piece to see if that's the issue. Otherwise, the Henry mount is canted.
