Do you clean your muzzle brake?

Spray it with brake cleaner and wipe the residue off.

This +1, I spray it with bore cleaner/brake cleaner, in fact i do that the whole gun, Then hit it with Breakfree CLP and put the whole gun in a silicon sock. I take the bolt apart and run a snake through the barrel too but thats about it.

I'll check with my wife. I think she hits it with CLP, quick brush and dry. lol

You would be surprised how much carbon can get caked on the end of barrel and inside the brake. Hard to get it clean with out taking it off barrel. I take mine off every once in awhile to give a good cleaning.

Even ports are cleaned with Q-tips and solvent. A clean gun is a happy gun.

If you have never felt the need to clean a muzzle break/FH, you haven't been shooting enough. Internal baffles will cake even with good powder.
I clean about every 500 rounds or so using either Kroil or CLP.
