Burro Shoot

We are leaving Brea at 8AM. Shooting in a new Uberti Model 71 (348 cal). And load testing the 94C Marlin 357/38 w/red dot.. Should be a nice day to shoot. Plus various other rifles -- 308, 30-06, 9mm carbine.

Dang, a load of shooters up there today. Crowded due to the pistol/handgun range being closed for maintenance. I didn't see ya Deuce. I got there about 10:30. Was a lot of police doing some shooting at their ranges. And it was a nice day up there. We'll hook up sooner or later.

We were in private area "C". Guess this why they invented phones. LOL

I'll post pics tomorrow. That 71 is a beauty and kicks like a mule.. The 94C was 10-ring at 50 and 90 yds. with the red dot.

Ha! Ok, well, I didn't go to the private range area. Opps. I also don't have your cell #. We'll work on that later. Doubt I'll be shooting here until I get back from Idaho. Oh well, we were both up there, just two passing ships. That '71 have a cresent butt plate?
