    Unless my eyes deceiving me, you are comparing 6x45 to 6.5mm TCU dimensions.
    I shoot 6.5mm TCU and 6.5 JDJ in T/C Contender, great cartridges, easy to work with.

      I simply grabbed a TCU cartridge diagram to show the shoulder angle and case body diameter at the shoulder.
      They are the same across the family.
