A tactical lever gun. Henry is looking out for us here in California for the eventual AR ban. It seems to be an offshoot of the Long Ranger with a mil stock.

Seriously, this looks like it's just going to be a black version of the all-weather with an aluminum handguard and a short top rail.
It's not like you can't put a rail on their current models.

Personally, I prefer brass, but that's for target shooting.
For hunting, I see nothing wrong with this one if it's available in 20-24"
