If you will be shooting from a bench I would not get a Giraud trimmer or a 550 press.
I would get a Wilson trimmer and a single stage press.
I also wouldn't use any of the spray on lubes.
I would use Imperial Sizing die wax
For dies I would use the Redding type S bushing die and the competition seater.
On the flat bottom stock you want the forend flat on the bottom. If the rules allow it the buttstock can be flat as well. If there are no rules you want them both flat and parallel and perpendicular to each other for best tracking in your rest.
