In a separate mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup plus 1 T. water, 1 T. beaten egg, and oil.
Add wet ingredients to dry and combine until mixed.

This batter is thin and delicious. Don't worry if it doesn't look like it's thick enough. It works great.
I was actively resisting this exact same response.

Now I just need to build a quality AR10 that won't break the $1500 mark... pretty sure that will be easy enough.

        Thanks....

I have to swallow my words. I was thinking AR10 but after going to a coupe stores and handling AR10s with all the armaglock and internal mag lock devices, featureless setups, etc ..I decided against it.

I handled the Savage stealth and fell in love.

That's just a Savage 10 in a MDT LSS Chassis.

MDT Precision Rifle Chassis, Magazines, Bipods, Upgrades and Accessories for precision firearms.

There is an LSS chassis for the following actions:
          • Remington 700 Short Action
          • Remington 700 Long Action
          • Remington Model 7
          • Remington Model 783
          • Savage Short Action, Models 10, 11, 12 and 16
          • Savage Long Action, Models 110, 111, 112 and 116
          • Savage Axis - Short Calibers
          • Tikka T3 / T3x - Short Calibers
          • Tikka T3 / T3x - Long Calibers. Requires MDT 3.56 Magazine.
          • Mossberg MVP 5.56 (.223) using AR-15 Magazines
          • Mossberg MVP 7.62 (.308) using AR-10 Magazines
          • Howa 1500 / Weatherby Vanguard - Short Calibers. (Only compatible with MDT Polymer magazines)
          • Howa 1500 / Weatherby Vanguard - Long Calibers.
          • Howa 1500 Mini Action -Short Calibers. (Only compatible with the OEM Magazines)
          • Ruger M77 (Scout) Short Action
          • Ruger American - Short Action

I would choose the Ruger American Predator 6.5 Creedmoor to pair with the LSS. Shoots good. Ask Audiophil2.

I think it was Tikka that did one in a McCrees chassis, that thing was awesome. Honestly, right now if I had the money to spend on one 6.5Cm with chassis I think I'd have to go with the Masterpiece Arms. Their chassis is really very good and the rifles are great. They changed their action maker though, I could have sworn they used a really highly regarded maker, but his name is escaping me, https://masterpiecearms.com/shop/mpa...-action-rifle/

I went with Desert Tech. It is a tack driver. I can swap it for a .223 or .338 Lapua Magnum in 60 seconds. Great all around weapon system. If you don't want to pay the money, I'd go with that beautiful Tikka or the Elesio.

Yeah. Pala is nice. It gets kind of dicey when miners are using the road at the top of the range or deer are walking across the range.

JUST a Model 10 in an LSS? You get a lot for the cost of a Stealth, including a stout barrel. Buying a $300 cheapo and dropping it into an LSS isn't the same. Considering the rebate on a Stealth you could probably get one for less than the cost of a cheapo + LSS.
