Yeah I don't have a problem with the mount. I added a higher grade front bolt so I can torque the base down without worrying about torque snapping the bolt. As you know I tighten everything by feel and never measure it.
I have heard from one of my sources they redesigned the newest batch and do to high demand have a run of 500 being made. I don't know what the upgrades would be other than a larger front bolt.
When I first bought mine I was told they had alot of play in them but I have only seen play when the front bolt is loosened for adjustment.
Once it is tightened down I don't see any play.
I read here on CalGuns they are inferior because of all the plastic parts but for the life of me I can't find any plastic parts on mine. I have the 150 MOA and 300 MOA.

If you can build a gun that I can shoot to a win while fireforming against this group i suspect being busy is in your future.
When I dial it in with my finalised load I will post pictures and give real data so future customers can cutout looking for a load.
The big advantage to owning your own reamers is once you find the best load you can use it in just about any barrel you buy Lilja Kreiger Bartlein Shilen Schneider Rock Brux Muller they will all like the same load.

My Bad the black and white gun is a 2X10 BAT with a 34 inch Lilja 9.35 twist barrel 1.750 inches at the muzzle. The stock is a Alex Sitman pillar bedded McMillan 50 HBR and "the shoes" are HDPE rails so it tracks well on the bags. Jewell 2 ounce trigger Cold Shot base Burris Xtreme rings and a 12-42 Nightforce NXS.
Gunsmith is CalGun regular Skkeeter or BillyGoat Machine and the gun has never been cleaned or sighted in before the match.
I took WhiteMambas powder charge and Focus seating depth loaded up 100 rounds and drove to the match unfired and untested.
