You know what I do for a living so you already know I follow the rules.

I got banned by Vu after suing his club for cheating my 78 year old father out of a Nightforce scope.
I stopped competing in Benchrest after Sacramento cheated me out of 5 Hall Of Fame Points in 2010 and was not shooting there in 2011 when Vu told me he gives the prizes to whomever he wants to.
I was banned in 2011 after suing Vu's 500 pound blob Craig St Claire and not in 2010 when they cheated on the rules.
Vu was banned before that from the club I shoot at to this day and the owners son is a regular at our long-range matches.
Sacramento is a nice facility but some of those running it are morally corrupt.
LMAO....at some point I almost have to think you live in your own fantasy world.

    1. It is not my club. It is our member's club.

    2. We didn't cheat anyone. I will not drag your dad into this as I understand he is a good man. You on the other hand, fell way far from that tree.

    3. I didn't run the match nor was I in charge of the prizes for a Benchrest match. Nor do I even shoot, own, is involved with shooting BR.

    4. Calling Craig a 500lb blob is really un-called for.

    5. How did I become President...and have been President for the past um 4 terms? Just started my 5th.....was VP for 3 years before that.

    6. You STILL haven't named the club I am banned from? I am curious for the documentation showing my ban since I rarely shoot at any other place besides Sac Valley. And when I do travel to shoot, it is at national level events that I have never been banned from.

Please do tell me about this "ban" and name some of these folks that banned me from their club. It is news to me. LOL

    Lynn,

It's pretty sad and honestly I truly feel sorry for you that you have hung on a 1200.00 scope that you were NOT entitled to and did lose in court over. 2011...it is now 2016. Let it go buddy, life is too short to be bitter and so angry.

JMP, I have 0 issues with Lynn. Don't know him personally, nor do I care to. It was all business.

Not my fault that the BR crowed at FSC didn't want to deal with him. The board of directors just supported our Match Directors and people that make put in all the work.

Just another day as the head janitor at a gun club and I don't even have my own parking space. LOL

Oh and as for your comment for me not being upstanding in the shooting community.

That is opinion and I know where I stand with the people that matter. I know how many hours of my life I have poured into the Precision Rifle game and Folsom Shooting club.

Do I get along with everyone, NAH. Not even close. I don't choose to pretend to like everyone either. I call it how I see it. Agree or disagree.

You trying to drag my name through the mud because your bitterness doesn't even rate me wasting the bandwidth to post these replies, but I do so because allowing you a pass is not in my nature.

Sorry for hijacking the thread for a minute there boys. Get back to the fun stuff of hitting small targets at long ranges.

Vu never gave me any documentation that i was banned from Sacramento and he hasn't shown any here.
Ron Souza banned him for life for unsafe gun handling after repeatedly telling him.
If I was banned by the Benchrest shooters in 2010 why was I there in 2011 when they cheated my father out of a Nightforce scope?
My sisters and I bought my dad a Nightforce scope and as I don't hang out with people with no moral fortitude there is no chance for a match.
Vu had a bunch of tactical shooters vote him in then he changed the rules so he couldn't be voted out.
Last time I met him in person he was shooting a Borden action and didn't think it was working correctly. I checked it out and found nothing wrong with the gun. The gun owner however has no fuse at all and when I called him to discuss the scope issue he went bizerk in 15 seconds not exactly the person who should be running a gun club.
He is about 5 feet tall and has small sausage syndrome if you know what I mean.
I have long since moved on but when I read that these Tactical guys are loading with better equipment and methodology than the benchrest crowd even though according to Vu they through me out my BS meter goes off.
I stand by my statement that Sacramento is a great facility it is just run by a very small person in so many ways.
And Craig had Bariatric surgery so he shouldn't weigh 500 pounds anymore.

                  I would have to say it's more of a 2012 vintage....late 2011 maybe.

That horse in the post above is a dried up glue bottle by now.

Hope you guys enjoyed your CG drama episode for the week....back to your regular scheduled programming.

Shoot straight and be safe everyone or else you can get banned from a range you never shot at by a person you never met.

Hey guys, try to be safe, but don't worry too much about getting banned from your ranges. Sometimes there are miscommunication. You can accept it as a learning error and hope that it is eventually reversed. Otherwise, you can dismiss it as bogus and simply stop patronage.

I just spoke to the range owners son pictured holding my 50 BMG and Vu is allowed to shoot there conditionally. He told me Vu can shoot there whenever hell freezes over and not until then.
I encourage those that know Ron Billy or Mark to ask them about Vu on there next visit
I guarantee you will get an ear full.
I also recommend you ask the same people what they think of me.
It is always best to check the actual facts as they never change no matter how hard Vu wishes they would.
The NBRSA had so many problems at Sacramento that the Nationals where held in Medford,Oregon this year.

He's a strong dude; that thing is heavy. All I can say is I am glad I don't live in NorCal; you guys have more drama than Hollywood.

I still think it's time to bury the hatchet and go shooting on neutral ground where neither of you are banned. I can't really relate as I am not very good at holding grudges.

Having been very competitive, this thread certainly shows the dark side and the reason that some shy away.

I have been shooting competitively since I was 12 years old.
I was the junior state champion in trapshooting and then a few years later I was the runner up for the main division.
I moved on to many other shooting disciplines and finally went with the 1000 yard benchrest group.
When you are new to these competitions everything is rosy.
After you learn the inner workings it is time to leave.
