do you know how to get in touch with Sharp Shooter Supply? I purchased 2 extrector kits, they've charged my card and they will not respond to my email as to shipping etc. They will also not take phone calls. Becoming very frustrating....

This seems to be normal behavior for them.
Lots of people have reported similar behavior in the past.

Are they on Calguns by chance? I noticed the "We have modified extractor kits, LISA SSS>"

Was that taken from their website or did they post that somewhere on Calguns?

SSS has been like this for ages. Get in line...
Not so sure what is so special about their modified stuff, but you will probably accrue several pension credits at your work while waiting on them.
You would be better served to have a few OEM extractors and small parts in your range bag.

Brownells finally got some in stock, so I purchased an extractor set from them just yesterday. I couldn't find extractor parts for sale anywhere else online but SSS. How long of wait time are we talking? They already charged my credit card two weeks ago....

I hate to say it but you are gonna wait.
I would get the parts straight from the Savage Store.
Go to the Savage Store and they will want your serial number off of the receiver. You enter the serial number and a schematic of your rifle will pop up.
Put your pointer on the part and click on it. It will turn blue and the description and the part number + the price will show up.
Write it all down and make it big so when you call them you can read it exactly to the lady on the phone.
                      They ship fast as well.

The LAST time I dealt with them (several years ago) we ordered a stock, the card was charged immediately, and it took better part of 6 months to get it.
Like I said, it was the last time, in more ways than one.

You can purchase all the bolt parts from Savage, in fact they are by far the cheapest source. You may just need to sign a waiver and fax it to them. I am not a 'Smith, but I just bought most of the bolt parts for a Savage that suffered an overpressure situation due to the owner not properly trimming brass after multiple FL sizings. Some of his brass measured .025 over max trim length. He apparently pinched a bullet while firing a max load, blew the primer and extractor, stuffed the ejector pin into the head and bent the retainer pin, stripped the BAS threads, scored the bolt head, and ..well, you get the picture.

I've sent them 3 emails with no response. If I don't get something by today, I'll submit a dispute with my credit card company for full refund. This will end up costing SSS money because of the charge back fee with their credit card processing company. I hate to do this but no email response and not accepting phone calls after they've charged my card over 2 weeks ago is unacceptable.
