Bart's lists some bullet dimensions down to 0.00001". Heh. He must be the only CVD bullet maker in the industry.

Bart is a Benchrest Hall of Fame Shooter and Bullet maker.
His bullets are all hand made on a single die not 20 different dies all mixed together in a box.

            Lynn,

I get that he's very, very, very good. But - 0.00001 is ~250nm. That's roughly the scale of individual features in late 90s/early 2000s computer chips. It's hard to measure things at that scale with light because 250nm is smaller than the wavelength of visible light.

So, yeah, I'm going to be skeptical of that claim.

Yeah, but the tolerance is likely plus or minus 5/1,000,000", so there's always that.

That would have been a close approximation of me had Tom Jacobs told me my latest order of Vapor Trails would be delayed.

Yep, bringing VTs to the Berger SouthWest Nationals, blasphemy!

Yes, LynnJr told me that Bergers are the best since they have the highest BC.

Bob if I was shooting that match I would be using Vapor Trail Clay Spencers or CopperHead bullets which are all the original Clay Spencer bullets.

If I am looking at it right tenths hundreds thousandths 10,000 nths 100,000 nths of an inch.
A nanometer would be 1 billionth of a meter not a inch.
If you look at the picture Savage Rifles are held to the same tolerances as Barts Bullets.

I don't shoot Berger bullets anymore because I don't like all the sorting.
If Eric Stecker or Walt Berger would get me a bucket of bullets made from a single die I would shoot those.
I just picked up some 300 grain Bergers and the boxes have two different G1 BC numbers on them.
