how hard would it be to make a belt fed lever?

I was just thinking that the final touch of my 44 mag build would be to have it made into a beltfed lever action...

Nobody specializes in conversions like that though huh?

It would be cool to have a block that slides out on a rail and drops down on the side so that you can run a belt if you did not want the tubular magazine...

0o0o0o Can you convert a 44 mag into a 48 mag? Hmmm... Sorry, thinking out loud.

The foundation of John Browning's 'potato digger' prototype machine gun was a Winchester model 73 lever gun. With enough time and money anything can be done.

Somebody once converted Ruger 44 Deerfield magazines to accept Desert Eagle mag bodies. Anything is possible.
