        Weatherby Vanguard S2 CARB or VS. S2 in stainless as well if that's your thing.

        I have the RC-V in .308 and love it. Excellent factory trigger.

          Just got a tikka t3 for my kids as a deer rifle, 1:10 and I'm sure it can handle the heavier loads, just not the heaviest.
          I got talley rings and Burris c4 scope for it from Natchez.
          Think I'm going to keep it as my coyote gun and get anoher 223 for her.
          I found a howa 1500 with redfield for 400. If I remember correctly their web site said 1:9.
          I've had a mossberg, would not own another one. They are accurate but action is sloppy, bolt doesn't lock when safety is on and for how much they want for them. Well, tikka is hands down better all around rifle.
