I can't really see much from the picture. I don't think it is an issue. The next time you shoot first time shot brass, look at the base of the cartridge before and after to see if the scratches or whatever is deep enough to imprint on the case. If not, I'd not worry about it.

Didn't think about that! Thanks, will do next time i shoot it. I was out yesterday and shot it a bit (just 10 rounds). Had no issues yet. I looked at the cartridges i have to see if there is any consistent damage at the base, but could not find anything that looks like a pattern.
