Its easy to hide mistakes with the ppq also. I always shoot about 2 inches left. Good groups but always left. Since the ppq has adjustable back sights im now on target all the time lol. My favorite 9mm pistol now.

Honestly I dont notice the flippyness everyone is talking about. What is this reduce coil spring you guys speak of???

DPM Recoil Reduction System or Sprinco Recoil Reducer. You can do a search on those.

You can get a variety of springs to select from 5 to 2.5 pound pull. No other polymer can achieve this without a serious trigger job.

The $4 variety pack from Home Depot can get you 2.5lb, otherwise you can go search online stores for other ones like this:

I personally don't feel much of a difference from using the DPM system. So unfortunately my VP9 still has better muzzle flip.

It's not a mod, but I found that with the Speer Lawman ammo I can get 2" groups at 25 yards. None of my other polymer pistols can come close.

This PPQ 9 with DPM kit was posted few days ago and was sold in less than 5 minutes.

The last time I shot my PPQ was right after my Hi Power and I felt a lot more muzzle flip. It also has more flip compared to a M&P and VP9.

I'm really looking forward to Apex's kit for the PPQ. I don't have a problem with the muzzle flip but I would love to cut down on that take up. Now I just need 10-8 to get their sights back in stock or suck it up and buy Truglo TFO pros (they have U notches instead of square notch).

why would you want to make the trigger lighter on the PPQ ? it's already so light that people accidently double tap including me.

Honestly the VP9 just needed to get rid of the exposed firing pin and it would be excellent. Hopefully a company like APEX might come along and instroduce an aftermarket backplate which would remedy this for me.

Shot a VP9 for the first time Sunday. Only put 10 rounds through it and boy am I impressed with it's accuracy. I had to pause two rounds in and look back at my buddy in amazement. Mag paddle release is great, didn't have to break my grip even with mechanix gloves.

Took me quite some time to shoot that well with my G19s. Regardless of that MAC VP9 video, I think I still want one...

What Tim(MAC) said was sound, this is a flaw in the design on HK's part. Having an exposed firing pin puts the gun at more prone to failures than other striker fired guns like Glocks and PPQ. This should be easily remedied however with a backplate that is sealed. That being said I might just get rid of mine because I suck at shooting striker fired triggers, no idea why people are saying this or the PPQ has a great trigger, give me a SAO(1911) or DA/SA(SIG,CZ) anyday over SF but that's just me.
