Beretta is pretty smart about keeping their guns on roster even if they are discontinued. For one it allows us to buy used guns from out of state but most importantly if they ever make a come back like they are doing with the 92G-SD they are good to go. $200 per year is nothing for Beretta with all the money in California.

Beretta doesn't do custom work. You send it to someone like Wilson Combat.
They were $850 new 10 years ago. So probably a bit more now.
I'm pretty sure all the 92G-SD were all black.Comment

I can't see it being more than $850 because that encroaches on the Wilson Combat version but we'll see. I hope Beretta releases it soon.
I was worried that the 92G-SD might come with a stainless slide. Thanks for for clearing it up.Comment

The Elite II was a two tone. Maybe where the confusion came from. It was basically the same thing just without a rail and a shorter barrel.
Even if the G-SD came to market with a street price of $1000 (possible) I will gladly pay it. I'm gonna sell my stock 92A1 and get one of these instead.Comment
-
No, you send it to Josh at Allegheny Gun Works.

I would pay $1,000 for the G-SD simply because there isn't another option in CA that comes with removable sights, light rail and de-cocker only.Comment

The Vertec returns too! I always like those.Comment

Does anyone know if WC can do a g conversion on a 92fs vertec? Sorry to get off topic.
Thanks answering the question about the color; I saw a few that were two toned, but not elites. At least the slides did not say EliteComment

Allegheny Gun Works can do a G conversion for you. Judging from what MX Rider wrote on the other thread it seems like WC jobs the conversion out to AGW which is why his gun will be out for so long.
Perhaps it is time Mods merge the 3 Beretta 92 threads together. We are all talking about the Wilson 92G or 92G-SD now.Comment

Awesome!!! Now I have to figure out how I'm going to get one.Comment
