I doubt it'll be a limited edition and it shouldn't be too expensive. The 92G-SD is basically a M9A1 frame with a Brigadier slide which is a just a bit thicker but it has important removable sights. It's nothing new for Beretta, just a mix and match of different frame and slides they already make. Cost should not be any more than the 92A1 or M9A1. As far as availability goes I think this will be a tuned down version of the gun Beretta makes for Wilson so if Wilson is selling their version then Beretta will keep the "stock" version as well.

I think that's just a picture for the free states (majority of the 50 states). All Beretta has to do to make it CA legal is offer 2 - 10rd versions like you said.
