OC Firearms SSE madness

I just drove over there to do a pick up and there was a handwritten note on the door that they were closed for a half day. I like OC Firearms but that's pretty terrible customer service to have no other notice about their reduced hours today, not even on their website. Could have saved me a trip.

3 handguns from 3 different shops. OC-Firearms by far the best experience and most friendly. There are a fairly small shop and super busy trying to keep up with the demand. Patience is key!

I would have a sign up that said "Closed due to Flu."

If this happened on Monday(the date of your post) when they are normally closed, then it's acceptable, but if not, that sucks. Not sure if they changed their hours to accommodate the last rush, or not.

Around 1PM, the wait was 15 minutes.

DOJ website was up and down. Employees were have trouble closing out pickups.

One person wanted a off roster pistol. which he could not purchase. When he found out about the year end panic. He said, Oh, so that's why it was so crowded when I came by earlier. DOH!!!!!
