Did you look for the notch cut-out?

Yes, there is a notch cut out on the follower. Its almost the whole corner

Then you have the 12rd slide catch - call sig and they should send you out the correct one.

Okay, I called Sig this morning and they are sending out the new slide catch lever!

UPDATE: Just recieved the new slide catch lever from Sig and as soon as I put it on, the slide locked back and the mag "popped" out instead of just falling out as it did before. Thanks for the help everyone!
