$800 is a heck of a good price if it's in nice condition. Does it have the original case or box? If it comes in a Browning plastic case with foam cut out on the inside it would be a "first issue". If it comes with a cardboard box or has Portugal stamped on it it is one of the reissued guns made with left over parts. Not that it's a bad thing, it's just how you can tell. Good luck.

I just bought it today for $700 including 5 magazines. No box or papers. In very good/excellent condition.. I guess it is a decent price.

I saw one for sale locally a number of years ago, but foolishly passed

It does have a threaded barrel, but not one capable of accepting a suppressor- or anything other than the barrel weight/front sight- you'll see what I mean

The threading is interrupted to the point about half of it remains. It also terminates long before the scalloped interruptions stop.
