Hk rebate, how long does it take?

vg247 glad you got yours too. and really, do you think all that bad mouthing and gnashing of teeth did any good? or would they have still given you one if you were nice.
Seems to me, H&K learned a lot about doing rebates, this time being the first ever in their company history. I hope it was not a bad experience for them, and they will do more in the future.

Actually in reference to my case, if you went back and read the details, it DID good otherwise HK was playing hardball and from their front lines to their manager all kept declining my rebate though I submitted everything correctly and on time.

Again, I was polite to HK during all communications and only presented the details of my case here in my post so the public can see what I went through in full transparency and about HK's poor business practices and terrible CS.

Had I not went at it with the manager he would have declined my rebate. See my post again about all the attitude hardball questions he was playing me to get off the hook and not have to send the rebate.
