    CZ 75 Tactical Sport Question

Looking to pick one up next month as it is on roster, few question for the CZ pros or 75 TS owners:

1a) Where can I find mag blocks for the 20 round mags? I know that the 75TS mags aren't the same as the standard 75 mags.

1b) I was searching through the forums about the 75TS and someone had posted that you can actually convert the 75TS to accept regular 75 mags (something about kit?). How would I go about this? Different grips and mag release?

    2) Can I put a 75 TS slide on a 75B lower or not possible? If so, requires fitting?

    Thanks in advanced!!!

I do know you can fit a TS slide on a regular 75B lower. That I know for sure. CAGLS and some other user have done it.

1a - since it's on roster it will come with 10 rounders already.

      1b - not sure

      2 - that's my understanding.

1b - You do not convert a horse to fit the shoe. It should be the other way around.

2 - Yes, May require minor fitting since the two parts are not mated at the factory.

echopapa, which caliber you looking to get; 9mm or .40s&w? Those are sexy looking CZ's. Would love to get one but would probably have to sell a kidney since I've bought three SSE at the end of this year. Do you plan to use it for competition?

My Tac Sport is setup to use standard CZ75 mags. I bought the gun (used) this way, so I can't tell you all that goes into it. However, I did a search and someone stated that the kit was comprised of replacement grips, magwell, and mag release.

It was a kit that CZ Custom used to sell, but the person I bought the gun from stated that they were no longer be sold. I never confirmed that myself tho, so check their site or shoot them an email.

Thanks!!! I've searched everywhere and keep seeing this mention of kit, but can't find it on CZ's website or czcustom. I'll ping them to see.

Below is the post I was able to dig up. It was from 2008.

Bender152 is correct. And the kits aren't easily found

Here is a link to CAGLS thread on his "CZ Custom CTS SP-01 Accu Shadow project". Fitting is needed.

This hold thread is worth a read if you have the time OP.

CAGLS post#35 - "There's some hand fitting needed and with some modification to the barrel peanut. I ordered a 8" Arkansas tri stone with 220, 600, 1200 grit. Behind the muzzle, under the rail that the recoil spring/rod is housed needs material to be removed to fit to clear the dust cover of the frame. On the barrel peanut that the guide rod rests against needs 1.5mm of material removed at a 90 degree angle to the barrel, then I would re-drill a small countersink for the guide rod to be retained in. "
