Going to the range today for my birthday and I'm taking some new shooters with me who don't own any guns and a couple (husband and wife) that only own 1 gun so I figured I should make sure I have enough for everyone to shoot.

3 .22lr Semi Autos
1 .32 ACP Semi Autos
1 .380 ACP Semi Auto
1 9X18 Semi Autos
4 9X19 Semi Autos
1 40 S&W Semi Auto
1 .45 ACP Semi Auto
1 .357 Revolver

I hope that's enough.

I wouldn't want to spend the 6 hours afterwards cleaning 13 pistols, so I'd just have them rent some at the range.

very nice of you to take a few people out shooting who otherwise wouldn't be going out and enjoy our sport, hobby, passion or whatever you want to call it.

I don't know where you're going shooting, for what type of range but sometimes if I'm bringing the guns and ammo, I suggest the new people bring the homemade targets.
all they need is some rolls of old gift wrapping paper and a black marker and they can draw a few of fun funny targets in no time, it gets them involved.
if that's too much for them they can stop by the dollar store and get some easily biodegradable fruit or vegetables for a dollar to shoot.

what if we were all is generous as you and every birthday we splurged and got 10 more new people shooting. (even if its the only time they ever go shooting in their entire life, it really changes people's perspectives on guns.)

the NRA estimates there's over 70 million gun owners in America
(and somewhere like 300 million guns...so there's plenty to go around,not including the 22 ammo of course.)

so let's see... 70 million gun owners take 10 "new to guns" folks out each year that means...
in 10 years...
